Collection: Pre-Order Policy

PRE-ORDERS

By purchasing a pre-order you are purchasing a product is not currently in stock. You must place your order as per normal if you'd like to customize an item or secure your size before the item arrives with us.

With the understanding that it will ship at a later date; approximately 2 ½ to 3 weeks from when the pre-order sale ends.

Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed. 

The benefit of purchasing A Pre-order item is that you will customize an item to your liking or secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

Please, note dates are approximate time frames, dates are not guaranteed and unexpected delays may occur, mainly due to material sourcing & shipment held by customs. By purchasing a pre-order you agree to wait our any possible delays in production/shipping.

You will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment when making a Pre-order. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order item/s, usually as per the date suggested on the product page at time of order placement.
